Pickles Olives Etc. is a family-owned and operated gourmet brand, rooted in a tradition that began decades ago in Turkey. Our founder’s father was a chemical engineer and pickle producer, developing his own formulas and exporting handcrafted pickles internationally. From an early age, our family was immersed in the science, craft, and artistry of fermentation and flavor.
In 2009, we brought this heritage to New Jersey, starting as a small family business at local Farmer’s Markets. What began as a humble market stand quickly became a beloved gourmet destination, known for bold flavors, exceptional crunch, and uncompromising quality.
Today, from our storefront in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, we continue this legacy, crafting premium pickles and olives using time-honored techniques and carefully sourced ingredients from around the world.
Our pickles are made using old-world recipes inspired by generations of expertise, delivering authentic barrel-aged flavor and signature crunch. Customer favorites include our sweet horseradish and sweet & spicy pickles, as well as classic full sour varieties for those who love traditional garlic-forward tang.
With nearly two decades of experience, we import premium olives from the Mediterranean—Italy, Greece, Spain, Turkey, and Morocco—and create exclusive blends, marinades, and hand-stuffed olives filled with blue cheese and goat cheese.
Beyond pickles and olives, we curate a collection of gourmet specialty foods, including olive oils, dips, crackers, and sauces, designed to elevate everyday meals and entertaining.
