You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and other order details after placing your order.  Kindly check the information to make sure it is accurate.  Following shipment, you will receive a second email containing the tracking number.

We pack our products in vacuum sealed PP bags. That is the best way to protect any damage caused by shipping companies. 'Fragile' markings are undoubtedly used to alert couriers.  When you receive your packages, you'll see 'Keep refrigerated upon arrival' signs on the boxes. It is crucial that you keep everything in your refrigerator.
