Shipping Information

At Pickles Olives Etc., we take pride in delivering our handcrafted pickles, olives, and other small-batch favorites as fresh as possible. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground to all 50 U.S. states. We currently do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 on all orders—simple, fast, and fair. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Our products are sold by container size, not by weight. Each order is carefully hand-packed in vacuum-sealed bags to ensure freshness and to prevent leaks or damage during transit. 'Fragile' markings are undoubtedly used to alert couriers. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and other order details after placing your order.  Kindly check the information to make sure it is accurate. Following shipment, you will receive a second email containing the tracking number. When you receive your packages, you'll see 'Keep refrigerated upon arrival' signs on the boxes. It is crucial that you keep everything in your refrigerator.

No signature is required for delivery. However, Pickles Olives Etc. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address. Refused or undeliverable packages must be reordered at your expense.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us right away. We can update your address before your order ships. Once a package has left our facility, there would be rerouting fee for any address changes. Orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced.

Weather or carrier issues may occasionally delay delivery. If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please email info@picklesandolives.com within 2 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Because our products are freshly made and perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, we always stand by the quality of what we make. If something doesn’t seem right, contact us within 2 days at info@picklesandolives.com  or (609) 957-8582, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements based on individual taste preferences, such as spice level or texture.
