The dark, eggplant-colored Jumbo Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives have a pungent, lingering flavor. As is customary in Greece, they are marinated in red wine vinegar. They are perfect as a snack, on top of a salad, in a variety of pasta dishes, or as part of an antipasto or mezze platter.
Store the olives in the brine in a jar and refrigerate. The olives will last longer this way.
CAUTION! Olives may contain pits or pit fragments.
Keep refrigerated.
