Pitted Brown Cerignola Olives

Cerignola olives are a member of the olive dynasty and come from Puglia. Because of their enormous caliber, there is plenty of their buttery, crispy meat to eat. Pitted Cerignola is perfect for charcuterie boards, antipasto platters, or as a cocktail snack.

Store the olives in the brine in a jar and refrigerate. The olives will last longer this way.
